This class uses hand-held weights to increase strength and to tone all muscle groups. Strength exercises are performed standing or sitting. Stretching exercises are performed on the floor using a mat. Chairs are provided for all who wish to use one. A mat, towel, water, light weights, and proper footwear are recommended.
